Who we are

CruiseDecoder (cruisedecoder.com) is an independently operated travel agency and cruise-information site. I am an independent travel advisor affiliated with Cruise Brothers, a registered host travel agency. When you book through CruiseDecoder, I earn a commission from the cruise line or Cruise Brothers – this does not change the price you pay.

What we collect

Newsletter signups: If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and use it only to send CruiseDecoder updates. We never sell or share it. Unsubscribe anytime by replying to any email.

Quote requests: If you fill out a quote or booking inquiry form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, contact information, travel dates, destination preferences, number of travelers, and budget — in order to research and provide cruise options. This information is used only to assist with your booking and is not sold to third parties.

Bookings: If you choose to book through CruiseDecoder, your booking and payment information is processed directly by Cruise Brothers and/or the cruise line’s own systems, not stored on this site. Their privacy policies govern that data.

Server logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. If we add analytics tools, they collect anonymous, aggregated usage data.

Affiliate links and cookies

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one, the merchant may set a cookie in your browser so that a purchase can be credited to this site. This does not change your price. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Comments and third parties

We don’t require accounts. Links to external sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
