We get in touch
You reach out - by phone, text, email, or the contact form - or you book through my portal directly. Either way, it comes to me, and I'm the one here to help you every step of the way.
We plan together
If you don't book it yourself, I'll help you plan for exactly what you want. Cruise line, itinerary, cabin, add-ons - I help you sort through the options and fine print so there are no surprises.
I keep you in the loop
I'll check in with you at every stage - I'm not disappearing after the booking is made. If anything changes on the cruise line's end, you'll hear from me. I'm always happy to adjust communication style to fit your preference as well.
You can reach me anytime something comes up
Questions, changes, something you forgot to ask - contact me whenever it comes up. Text is the fastest way to reach me. If you call and I don't pick up, leave a message and I'll call you back as soon as I can. There are no silly questions, I'm here for it all.
I'm flexible, including odd hours
If you'd rather schedule a call for a specific time, that works too - even if that time is 3am. I'll make it work..
Ultimately, we go at your pace
Truly, whatever makes you comfortable and fits your schedule. Even if that means we communicate solely through middle-of-the-night email exchanges. No worries.
